My Review:

The packaging of this lotion is so interesting, filled with so many information. When i was reading the prints on the box i was like, this is me, thats me, very me... how many of the description fits you?

The usual long ingredient list.

They even include a why choose us reason which is quite interesting & brief compare to other brands which just included every details in those instructions manual alike & with tiny prints thats makes it hard to read.

This moisturiser comes in a heavyweight glass pump application bottle. The liquid came out as a yellowish lotion. After applying, i felt rather refreshing as it has a minty kind of smell and best of all its really lightweight & easy absorb into my skin. Within minutes, my skin quench its thirst and no greasy feeling at all.

The best part i like in using this moisturiser is my skin felt the cooling sensation as indicated. Its really cool or cold at the 1st try which i was really surprise it lasted for quite a while. After using for few time, i'm in love with the cool effect like cooling mist blowing towards my skin during facial session at the comfort of my home. Especially, when my face has serious breakout after stopping the pills. This moisturiser seems to cool down the temp of my breakout.

I'm still enjoying this moisturiser, now my skin is so far acne-free. I would see myself going back and order this from Sephora even though its slight pricey like USD45 for a bottle 1.76oz. If it can keep my skin clear guess i would continue. I'm curious about their eye cream & mist too. Have anyone tried it?

  2. Hi Karen,

Oh I've sen the Skyn Iceland brand in very high end makeup boutiques and salons. The description sounds very cool and you make it sound so nice since it's minty. I'm just using Cetaphil's Moisturizing Lotion, been my staple for years lol, simple and hydrating, nothing fancy though. XD

  4. Seems like a good moisturiser. Right now, Im using Vichy's Aqualia Thermal, and I'm loving it. :)

I'm sorry your pack hasn't reached you yet. I hope soon. I'm constatly trying and saving my goodies from you :) I love the Majolica blush. There's only one thing I didn't like that much, and it was banana mascara. But I picked it myself. ;)
    Love ya!

  6. Wow, this sounds incredible! I'm having a pretty bad bout of cystic acne from hormone imbalance right now too... I dunno if this would necessarily help hormone related acne though... because at least in your case it's difficult to tell when the hormones balanced out, etc. Still, it seems worth a shot! Thanks for your thoughts. =)
